Founded in 2013 by Louise Gardner, Pledge Consulting was initially established to help organisations uplift PMO capability. Over time we have expanded our service catalog, but we are still driven by a passion for eliminating waste, creating efficiency, and quality, and an overarching desire to help organisations get more value from project controls and project delivery teams.
